Who we are

What we collect and why

• Identity and contact data you provide (name, email, mobile number, company, role) to create your access, verify your identity and contact you about the transaction you are evaluating. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in protecting confidential information.
• Signature records (the signed NDA, one-time-code confirmation, time, IP address, browser details) to prove the agreement. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal claims.
• Usage data in the data room (documents and pages opened, time spent, IP address, device) to keep the data room secure, enforce the NDA and understand interest. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Who receives it

Our hosting, database, e-signature, email and video providers acting as processors, inside the European Economic Area where possible, and our advisers. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Signature records and the NDA for as long as the NDA and related claims can be enforced. Other data until the end of the process plus 24 months, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and complain to the Italian data-protection authority (Garante). Write to gabriel@blytzcashless.com.
